You may be receiving an invoice if you have selected to make a payment via Bank Transfer.

If you have selected this option, it can take approximately up to 48 hours for the payment to clear excluding the weekend.  Once the payment has cleared, our accounts team will ensure that the invoice is marked as paid.

If you have selected the option to make a payment through PayPal and have used the eCheque payment option, this can take approximately 7 to 10 working days to clear.

In both of these cases, we would recommend making the payment approximately 7 days prior to the invoice date to avoid any services from being suspended.
